If it is white: boil some milk with water in equal parts, and introduce the garment in the same pan for a few minutes and cooks it. Take out, drain well and leave to soak in warm water with a splash of bleach or ammonia. After 2 or 3 hours, drain well and rinse with warm water.
If it is colored: let the garment soak in water with ammonia about 3 hours. When stains are gone, rub any residue and rinse with cold water.

Carpets and Rugs
Make a paste with a tablespoon of starch powder, soap powder and salt, mix with the juice of a lemon; cover the stain with this mixture and rub, leave to dry one or two hours and rinse with a soft cloth soaked in warm water. Leave the carpet to dry outdoors without using heat dryers and stoves.
