Pass a chamois cleaning cloth (preferably microfiber) for all objects in the room. It is important to perform it in an appropriate manner, otherwise dust will be deposited again on the furniture after a short time, if done in a lightly way.
To clean the dust: The cloth must be clean and folded, so it can be used in several sides. It is important to remove dust from all surfaces, not only the horizontal boards, but also of the vertical panels, doors, transoms and legs.
The dust removal in the furniture requires using the cloth in parallel lines, not spiral, to avoid leaving unclean corners. Normally in the room there are objects to be cleaned with duster, but this has to be done before using cloth dust on other surfaces, as the duster only lifts dust without removing it.
In each room you have to follow an order, initiating with the entrance and follow a square route around the room, until you get back to the starting point. The upper furniture must be cleaned first and then work down.
