A home remedy very useful when we have a little blockage in the kitchen sink is:
- Prepare half a cup of baking soda (bicarbonate or fruit salts can be also).
- Another half glass of vinegar.
- Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil with a handful of salt to help dilute any grease that may have stuck in our pipeline.
First we pour the baking soda (bicarbonate or fruit salts), by trying to enter the pipeline.
When it has seeped, pour over the vinegar and leave it on for 15 minutes while you boil the water. After this time we take theboiling water down the sink.
This will help us to take off all that is in the pipeline, soften the grease that may have stuck, thus putting our sink back up and running smoothly.
